CN 8851 (SD70M-2) and CN 5643 (SD75I) creep under the Bell St. overpass with an empty northbound potash train waiting for lights north at S. Neenah. The train is on what is now the north end of CNs Dixie siding which originally was CNWs north-south mainline and at one point also hosted the Fox River Valley Railroad. The line closest to the camera is the former Soo Lines parallel mainline. Both were purchased by the Wisconsin Central before the WC was in turn purchased by the CN. |
